Teamwork is a coordination approach that enables individuals to develop adaptability, engage to open communication, and support each other to achieve overall success. It encourages the group work to change individual work into collaborative work to come up with the best outcomes. Also, the core principles of teamwork include defining clear goals and collaborating to solve group work problems. Effective members can work with others effectively to complete the required assignments or projects faster. In addition, a productive team participates with the group work to reach the group work objectives.

The microeconomics assignment was made for the Principles of Microeconomics course. I am going to evaluate my work and skills using teamwork competency indicators of success. In teamwork indicator 1: Cooperates and assumes responsibility for individual contributions and group results. The performance is at an advanced level.
Several questions that were related to the principles of the microeconomics course were organized by the members of the group work. The microeconomics assignment is aligned with my teamwork skills as it encouraged me to coordinate with my colleagues. We discussed the definitions of microeconomics in the class. In the group work assignment, I decided to discuss with my colleagues the importance of supply, demand, and elasticity. Also, my members collaborated well in the principles of microeconomics course to learn the roles of saving and investments. We organized the questions of the assignment to notice the relationship between inflation and tax rates. The course of the principles of microeconomics developed my teamwork skills as it enabled me to build my teamwork skills by defining my priorities and discussing economic stability in the KSA. In addition, in the microeconomics assignment, I inspired the group work to divide the assignment into 4 questions as I explained the answer of the first question, and the other questions were discussed by my partners. Gold is not the better choice for investment in India, as that was my issue with my partners in the group work assignment . I learned that it is good for some countries to invest their money in gold. Each country should be aware of the good investments for their country.

The Debate on violent video games PowerPoint assignment was created for the leadership and teamwork course. I am going to evaluate my work and skills using teamwork competency indicators of success. This PowerPoint assignment was so challenging for me as it allowed me to promote my teamwork skills and to discuss the issues of the video games. When I was the team leader of this presentation assignment, I shared my opinion about the debate. Moreover, the debate on violent games assignment assisted me in coordinating with my members to realize the importance of entertainment tools. This group work assignment improved my responsibility and motivated my members to contribute to the presentation assignment to learn about the dangers of violent video games. The partners in the group work assignment were consistent, and they supported me as team leader to illustrate the pros of video games.In addition, I learned the objective of this presentation assignment is to find a connection between collaboration and commitment in group work. I discovered that the skills of collaboration and coordination support the members of the group work to achieve their goals.The group work gave me wrong information, as they said that video games did not affect on teenagers’ behavior. Video games affect on teenagers behaviors and attitudes. I will collaborate with my members to justify the positive and the negative effects of video games on teenagers’ behavior.
