Communication Definition:
Communication delivers useful messages, knowledge, and feelings to enable society to understand beneficial information. People use the communication process in general when they decide to observe new ideas, speak, and explain their thoughts. This process has valuable skills for individuals as it boosts conflict resolution skills, allowing society to make informed actions and decisions. Also, communication behaviors include passive communication and aggressive communication. Communication behaviors are important for mastering active listening, empathy , human interaction, professional relations, and academic growth.

The defender assignment was created for the written communication course. I am going to evaluate my work and skills using the communication competency indicator of success. In communication indicator 1: Determines the nature and extent of information needs. Iconsider myself as an advanced level.
The personality test mastered my written communication skills. This assignment upgraded my writing skills as I learned how to deliver understandable ideas. During this class, I interacted with the professor to understand the classification of the defender’s personality. In this assignment, I decided to watch different videos on YouTube to learn about the strengths and characteristics of the defender’s personality. Moreover, in the personality test assignment, I seek the difference between professional writing and emotional writing. I enhanced my professional writing skills in this assignment to justify to the doctor’s about the best career that matches with my skills and interests. In addition, the personality test task helped me to organize my knowledge and thoughts. I looked at the details of this assignment, and I examined the mistakes that waswritten in this task. My writing skills aid me to be productive in this assignment as I learned the behaviors of communication skills. The behaviors of communication skills advanced my empathy skills and active listening skills. The people with the defender personality cannot build the individual’s trust. This information was examined and I figured out that people with a defender personality can build people’s trust and inspire people to reach their goals. The experience that I gained from the written communication course is to motivate the students to determine their strengths and to be unique in their positions.

The online class and classroom classes assignment was done for the written communication course. I am going to evaluate my work and skills using communication competency indicators of success. In communication indicator 6: Adhere to ethical practices in the use and communication of information. I am at an intermediate level .
The classification essay assignment improved my academic grades because my sentences were conscious for the professor of this course. The online classes that I enjoyed supported me in delivering written messages to the lecturer. Also, I discussed with the doctor about the teaching techniques at the online classes and the classroom classes. The online classes that I attended at the PMU allowed me to send written emails to the instructor. Moreover, from my academic experience in the written communication class, I learned to write down my notes to support my ideas in the classification essay assignment. The benefit that I gained from the classroom classes and the online classes is to ask the instructor variety of questions and to interact clearly .
