Professional Goals

Short-Term Goals:

As a senior student, my short-term goal is to enhance my grades in managerial accounting business statistics, and to boost my other business skills that are related to my major. I aim to pursue an internship program in Saudi Aramco company this opportunity will support me to build my negotiation and communication skills. Those competencies will motivate me in understanding the KSA plans and vision for the long term. Also, my short-term goals as student is to help my colleagues to understand the complicated topics to achieve their goals. I need to improve my English language and my technological skills. The English is important for interacting with foreign people. The technological skills will aided me to use the excel and other software tools that are useful for the workers in the business administration departments. Additionally, the software tools will help the workers to analyze the business data and to make the right decisions for the company .  

Long Term Goals :

My future goals is to earn leadership position in the Saudi Aramco company this  position will help me to understand the hard skills and the soft skills of the workers in the company. For this goal, I will take some courses to improve my leadership skills. Moreover, I will peruse a MBA program to upgrade my business skills. My goal is to become a successful manager to organize the firm’s plans, strategies, and goals. I will improve my software  skills  such as Power BI and Tableau. These tools will assist me to analysis the business data and to overcame the business risk as well as the economic inflation. Furthermore, my objective is to take some professional certificates that are relevant to business administration field to understand how to create a useful training program for the fresh graduate to be familiar with business tactics.  The professional certificates that are related to business administration will help me to achieve my goals.
