Professionalism Definition:

Professionalism is about being committed to specific competencies, qualifications, and knowledge that are required in the career. Professionals are organized and do their tasks on time. This term allows people to follow human behaviors and ethical standards. Also, professionals support the individual to be consistent in their actions and decisions. Learners and workers can be professionals by providing support to the group, maintaining a positive attitude, working effectively with others,  and boosting their skills to be successful in their roles.

Reflection on Global Connectedness and Diversity Assignment 

Professionalism Competency 

The global connectedness and diversity power point assignment was accomplished for the professional development and competency course. I am going to evaluate my work and skills using professional competency indicators of success. In professional indicator 3:  Performs professional tasks effectively and efficiently in local and international contexts.  I  consider myself as an intermediate level.  

This assignment was about understanding my level of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence. The professional skills, such as organization skill, inspired me to organize the contents and the outline of this assignment. I was obsessed with the cultural intelligence score because I realized that I couldinteract with foreign people. Moreover, this PowerPoint assignment motivated me toillustrate the benefits of respecting different cultures. I boost my professionalism skills on this assignment  to improve my colleagues’ emotions and thoughts. This assignment was concentrating on building my interpersonal skills rather than building my technical skills. My interpersonal skills aided me on this PowerPoint assignment to learn the behaviors of individuals who have emotional intelligence skills. Also, I  learned that emotional intelligence is an essential skill for students to reach their objectives. On this assignment, Iused my professional skills to read more about the benefits of diversity in the workplace environment. Furthermore, I realized that cultural intelligence skills are about understanding how to interact with different people from different backgrounds. This presentation assignment motivated me to manage my emotions and to resolve my problems and my colleagues’ problems.  In this sentence, I will share my obstacles to the professor in this assignment, as I was not aware of the issue of cultural barriers. Then I found that individuals who cannot speak more than one language cannot work professionally . So, I decided to solve this assignment problem by understanding how individuals can avoid the cultural barriers. My suggestion to avoid this problem is to improve your English language skills, as this language is spoken all over the world.

The Purpose of Professional Ethics and Etiquette in the Workplace Assignment 

Professionalism Competency 

The purpose of professional ethics and etiquette in the workplace assignment was done for the professional development and competency course. I am going to evaluate my work  and skills using the professional competency indicators of success. In professional indicator 4: Improves and increases professional competency over time. I am at an advanced level.  

This assignment enabled me to do this assignment professionally and to be responsible in making professional decisions. The purpose of this assignment is related to my field as it helped me to enhance my professional skills and to reach my objectives. Also, the integrity skills helped me  to be honest in my beliefs and thoughts .  I was detailed on this assignment in explaining the importance of the contribution to career growth and I provided my ideas with real-life examples. Moreover,  professional development and the competency course supported me in figuring out the significant of following the company policies and maintaining confidentiality. In purpose of the professional ethics and etiquette assignment, I learned  about ethical behavior and etiquette at the workplace and their benefits for the employees. Futhermore, I learned from my professional skills that professional communication at the workplace involves responding carefully and listening to different opinions. My major helped me to improve my professional skills as it helped me to collaborate with my colleagues professionally and to clarify their problems.  In addition, I continued my learning on this assignment to become a professional in this assignment and to accept the positive and negative feedback of the instructor. To conclude this paragraph, mymain issue with the assignment was hesitating to justify to the instructor the definitions of professional ethics and etiquette at the workplace. I built my confidence on this assignment,and I explained to the professor the definition of professional ethics and etiquette. The students have to share their information with the instructors to upgrade their knowledge
